The Pre-registration web application for visits allows you to generate requests for prior appointments, facilitating their management by the organisation (accepted, cancelled, rejected...) all from a 100% web environment.
Self-registration Kiosk/Tablet
Tool that automates and speeds up the registration of visitors when they arrive at the facility, without human intervention. The platform offers the possibility of customisation with the corporate image, collection of signatures, multi-language...
In addition, the Visitor Kiosk could include an OCR reader for documents (ID card, passport, driving licence), accreditation printer with personal data, barcode or QR code, webcam, barcode or QR code reader, among other complements.
Highly customisable
It allows you to define different visitor access profiles with different access routes and assign different validity dates, schedules and calendars, even per reader and card.
Visitor exit management
