
Employee portal
It allows employees to access their time tracking information and submit requests directly to their respective supervisors to correct anomalies, justify absences, or request leave, travel, and holiday planning.
When time management is shared across the organisation, the workload on the HR department is reduced exponentially.
Each employee/supervisor will perform part of the management, and only authorisations that require it will be escalated to HR, depending on the system configuration.

Requests and corrections
Employees may request the items deemed necessary (configurable) so that supervisors have as much information as possible:
- Correction of anomalies and incorrect markings.
- Reporting planned trips or planning future absences. Requesting holidays or breaks.
- Employees can report whether certain times during or outside working hours correspond to actual work, overtime, etc.
- Notifications and messages with their managers for each request.
Validation process
Supervisors can validate requests received from their employees directly in the request view, or escalate those that require approval from a superior.
To do this, they will have the option to view before and after the requested corrections, and the results of time worked in each case.
Proof of absence (optional)
Cloud storage of documentation (medical certificates, etc.) that has been added directly to the application.
