Within the DNA of our brand is placing the customer and their satisfaction at the center of all the actions we develop. That is why we are pleased to announce a significant improvement in the warranty for hardware products manufactured from 2024 onwards. From January 1, 2024, the standard warranty on all our products manufactured by DORLET and served from that date, Control Units (UCAs) and Readers, will be extended to 3 years, with the usual coverage indicated in our general conditions of sale.

At DORLET, we are committed to continuing to offer the market robust, safe and durable products, which allow total and comprehensive control of the facilities. Products in turn have certifications that guarantee our production processes. This allows us to offer this extended warranty, which in turn will increase the confidence and peace of mind of our customers.
In addition, at DORLET we continue to provide our customers with close technical support services for both hardware and software, as well as preventive services for our DASSnet and DMA (DORLET Mobile Access) applications, with DORLET Care and DORLET Care Plus. All of these measures are intended to ensure that you are satisfied with our solutions and that these applications have optimal performance over the years.
